OPS Partners was founded to solve the needs of early-stage, venture-backed startups. It is our core philosophy that startups can change the trajectory of their business by engaging with experienced operational leaders early in their growth. They do this by avoiding unforced errors, gaining operational insights by establishing world-class systems and cadences of telemetry, and planning for target business results and outcomes. We further believe that startup Founders should have a reliable business partner who allows them to focus on their core areas of strength and interest. We do this by providing hands-on execution of the following areas:
